About

A management company built by owner-operators, for venue owners across the GCC.

Alyon Management is the venue management arm of Alyon Leisure. We manage leisure and entertainment venues on behalf of developers, investors, and owners across the UAE and the wider GCC, and we draw on the experience of having built and operated venues of our own. Every engagement is led by a senior team with a long track record across the region's leisure and entertainment sector.

Who we are

Alyon Leisure invests in, develops, and operates entertainment, leisure, and hospitality concepts. Alyon Management sits within the group as its dedicated venue management platform, engaging with third-party owners and supporting the group's own venue development pipeline.

The leadership team has built, launched, invested in, and operated leisure and entertainment venues of their own, and the wider senior team brings extensive experience across the region's flagship leisure and entertainment venues. That collective experience — of having stood on the owner's side of the table and having run major venues at scale — is the foundation of how we engage.

How we work

We practice active management

A venue will not grow on its own. The businesses that succeed in leisure and entertainment are run actively, not passively: customers are pursued, not waited for; revenue lines are built, not assumed; pricing, programming, and the attraction mix are managed as commercial levers, not left on autopilot. Active management is how we engage with every venue.

In practice, that means:

01

One unified venue strategy

A venue performs when every function — operations, sales, marketing, pricing, programming, food and beverage — is driven by a single strategy rather than run in silos. That strategy has to flex with the calendar. Summer operates differently from winter; school holidays differently from term time; Ramadan differently from National Day. We build the strategy, refresh it quarter to quarter, and make sure every part of the venue is pulling in the same direction.

02

Outbound customer acquisition and multiple revenue lines

A leisure venue that relies on walk-in ticket sales is a venue running at a fraction of its potential. We build outbound sales capability across schools, camps, corporates, birthday parties, group bookings, events, and memberships — actively targeting and re-targeting the segments that fill a venue on weekdays and off-peak hours. Multiple revenue lines managed in parallel is how a leisure business becomes resilient, not just busy on Saturdays.

03

The detail of operations

Venue management is a detail-intensive business. Opening procedures, labor scheduling, attraction throughput, food and beverage margin, guest complaints, maintenance cycles, incident response, and hundreds of other operational decisions taken consistently each day are what separate a successful venue from an unsuccessful one. Much of our work sits at this level, and we do not delegate the detail to templates.

04

Tailored to the venue

A trampoline park is not a waterpark. A mall-anchor family entertainment center is not a neighborhood play center. A flagship venue delivered with a major intellectual property partner is not an independent site. The operating model, the team structure, and the commercial approach need to be shaped around the specific venue, its location, and its audience. We do not arrive with a pre-existing template.

05

Alongside the existing team

Most venues have people on the ground who know the site better than any external party is likely to. Our role is to make those people more effective, rather than to replace them unless circumstances require it. We bring senior operating leadership, structure, and systems. The on-site team brings local knowledge and continuity. The combination is what moves the numbers.
